“Nazarene Hebrews” is a ministry of Beth Elohim Ministries (the “Ministry,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We provide teaching resources, study tools, a blog, community connections, opportunities to give, and a store (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, donating, purchasing from the Store, or interacting with community features, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect when posted on this page. If changes materially affect your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via this page or by email if you have subscribed).

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age where consent is required, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Some features may require an account or email subscription. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use or breach.

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate access for violations (see Termination).

Our content. Site design, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, downloads, and study materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and link to our pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution unless a page expressly permits broader use.

If you submit content (for example, comments, questions, testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce it to operate the Site and ministry. You represent you have the necessary rights and that your content complies with these Terms.

Third-party links. The Site may link to third-party services (e.g., social platforms, affiliated resources). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Store. Products and pricing are shown at checkout; taxes, shipping, and handling may apply. Availability is not guaranteed.

Donations. Gifts support our mission and programs. Unless required by law, donations are non-refundable.

Payments. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers.

Refunds. For physical goods, contact us within a reasonable time for issues such as damage or defects; we will guide you through options under our then-current policy.

Participation in fellowships, outreach, missions, or events is voluntary and at your own risk. Please follow posted guidelines and applicable laws.

The Site and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Ministry and its leaders, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Site, donations, purchases, or participation in activities.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including suspected violations. You may stop using the Site at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (update if your organisation is legally established elsewhere), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies with the courts of that jurisdiction.
